Joerg Wunsch	60581579c0	Add a LICENSE.txt file ... The file is a copy of the CERN-OHL-P v2. Adding it to the tree is basically required by the license itself, as it ought to be bundled with the files released under it. While being here, I have also been asked to comment on the screws used, so added a sentence about them. Also added the *-lib-table files since they describe the project-local libraries for KiCad. Joerg Wunsch	7354305f75	Replace RJ45 jack by Würth 7499010121A ... This one appears to be readily available at various distributors. Also add 3D print models for case parts, obtained from https://www.eevblog.com/forum/projects/diy-dsoxlan-interface-for-keysight-oscilloscopes/msg4323214/#msg4323214 apparently authored by Jay_Diddy_B.
