TODO  
 - refresh LED ring (weak)
 - proper stand
 - external trigger pinout (in mightex [pdfs](https://i.imgur.com/WUzt4kh.png))
 - add display/pctop

only windows for now,   tested with the zipped aplicatin and driver. 
it reports in linux correctly as mightex cypress , but `v4l2-ctl` doesnt catch it.
