Peter Tyser 8804ae3b7a Replace MAX_CMDBUF_SIZE references with CONFIG_SYS_CBSIZE 
The MAX_CMDBUF_SIZE define is unneeded as it should always
equal CONFIG_SYS_CBSIZE.
