Lukasz Majewski 6b3967bbbb onenand:samsung Target dependent OneNAND chip probe function ...

Separate callback for probing OneNAND memory chip.
If no special function is defined, default implementation will be used.

This approach gives more flexibility for OneNAND device probing.
