Stephen Warren 340ed422d2 usb: ums: remove ci_udc special case ...

Now that the ci_udc driver supports allocating multiple requests per
endpoint, we can revert the special-case added by a022c1e13c "usb:
ums: use only 1 buffer for CI_UDC".
