Jagan Teki 6812484a40 sf: dataflash: Rename to CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_DATAFLASH ...

Rename CONFIG_SF_DATAFLASH into CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_DATAFLASH
as it follows the naming convention same as remaining configs.
