Add a LICENSE.txt file
...
The file is a copy of the CERN-OHL-P v2. Adding it to the tree
is basically required by the license itself, as it ought to be
bundled with the files released under it.
While being here, I have also been asked to comment on the screws
used, so added a sentence about them.
Also added the *-lib-table files since they describe the
project-local libraries for KiCad.
This is supposed to fix issue #5

This one appears to be readily available at various distributors.
Also add 3D print models for case parts, obtained from
https://www.eevblog.com/forum/projects/diy-dsoxlan-interface-for-keysight-oscilloscopes/msg4323214/#msg4323214
apparently authored by Jay_Diddy_B.
Adapted layout to fit these models.

Found another one that contains similar magnetics and
termination as the TE one.

commercial PCB facilities:
* solder masks
* front silkscreen
Drill files have been separated into PTH and NPTH files.

Replace all objects by new ones from the current libraries
shipped by Kicad.
This causes a slightly different OSHW (Opensource Hardware)
logo to be used in the PCB.
To maintain schematic parity, all mechanical objects on the
PCB (mounting holes and OSHW logo) have their schematic
counterparts now.

Basic upgrade to Kicad 7+
...
Symbols had to be recreated because they were not part of
original dataset.
Footprint library now needs to end in .pretty
Still many DRC warnings, but the basic result ought to be
the same as before now.

migrated.
